Membership involvement enhances grant applications
Participation on committees
Opportunity to assist with fundraising events
Access to loans and grants for homeless clients

Membership is open to any individual or organization who works with and/or on behalf of homeless people or has interest in the purpose of the Coalition.

Individual membership:  Dues will remain at $20.00 per person. Each individual is entitled to 1 vote on Coalition issues. Individual members will be featured on the Homeless Coalition website with a short biographical sketch, if desired.

Organizational membership:  Dues will be $100 and will allow for up to 3 votes on each Coalition issue.  Staff of the organization are encouraged to attend and are not limited in number.  The organization's website will be accessed through the Amarillo Homeless Coalition website.  A short description of the organization will be included on the Coalition website. Organizations that are unable to afford the $100 membership fee may request a waiver of the fee in writing to amarillohomelesscoalition@gmail.com and it will be reviewed by the Coalition officers. The officers have the authority to reduce the organization's fee to $20 if the need is demonstrated.

Annual dues are due October 1 of each year. If you are interested in becoming a member, feel free to contact us.
